Welcome Drinks

7:30 pm - 9:30 pm

For our out of town guests, we invite you to stop by for a drink and dessert. Located in The courtyard near the pool at The Ranch. We encourage guests who are not staying at the hotel to use a rideshare like Uber/Lyft. There is a large event that evening at The Ranch and they will not be able to accommodate valet parking for non-hotel guests on Friday night. Another option is to park at Aliso Creek Beach. From there you can walk to The Ranch (about 7-10 minutes) and we'll also have a golf cart going back and forth.

Ceremony & Reception

4:45 pm - 11:00 pm

Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses. Recommend block heel for ladies as we will be on grass.

Ceremony on The Harvest Lawn: 4:45-5:15pm Cocktail Hour on The First Fairway 5:15-6:15 Reception Sage Patio & Ballroom: 6:15-11pm
