When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP no later than August 31.

Are children allowed to attend?

Answer

All guests have been provided with a set number of guests per invitation. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate more than what is already provided on your invitation.

What time should I plan to arrive at the wedding venue for the ceremony?

Answer

Seating opens at 3:30. Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00. Any latecomers will be asked to wait until the procession is over.

Is there a dress code for all events?

Answer

Cocktail attire is encouraged for the wedding ceremony and reception (usually suits for men, knee length dresses or longer for women). Casual attire is encouraged for the welcome dinner and farewell brunch.

Is there transportation from the hotels to the wedding venue?

Answer

Yes! There will be a shuttle leaving from the Hilton Garden Inn at around 3:00pm on 10/5. It will be returning to the Hilton Garden Inn at 9:45 and making a second trip at 10:45 for any after party attendees.

When should I book my hotel by?

Answer

The blocks expire on September 5. To get the best rate and confirm your lodging, we suggest that you book your stay before then.

Has my hotel room already been booked if it's in the block?

Answer

No, you still need to go onto the links provided and book it/pay for it yourself. The blocks were put in place to ensure some of our out-of-town and international guests would have accommodations available.
