This is a semi-formal/formal event, we ask that you only wear all black. This way the bridal party, groom, and bride can standout for the evening!
Please think of this as a date night with your significant other therefore we want you to be able to have a kid-free and stress evening. This will be a kid free wedding unless it has been specified otherwise that your kids have been asked to attend as well.
We ask that you refrain from bringing a plus one unless your invitation states otherwise!
The ceremony will begin at 4 so we highly suggesting arriving between 3:30 and 3:50!
While we love that you want to capture our special moments, we kindly request an unplugged ceremony to allow everyone to be fully present and immersed in the experience. Our professional photographer will be capturing all the highlights, and we'll share the photos with you afterwards. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in creating a distraction-free environment for our ceremony.
Thanks to the unpredictable nature of Texas weather, we cannot be certain of what weather to expect on our wedding day! Historically, the high has been in the sixties and the low has been in the forties. I'd plan for a light layer because with all our dancing, we'll be warm enough!
We have added the airport and nearby hotels to the venue under our travel tab!
While there will be some parking available to guests, most may be taken up by family and vendors! Woodbine Mansion offers a designated parking lot at the back of the property with 20 parking spaces. There is ample street parking located in front of the mansion and on either side of the mansion. There is a free garage located 1 block from the venue. Ride share options are also very accessible in our area.
The ceremony will be in the front yard of the mansion on the steps of the entrance.
The reception will be in the backyard of the mansion in the tent. Food and drinks will be served in the mansion, but seating to eat will be available in the tent!
Yes we do! Our hashtag is #TheRealMrandMrsSmith
