We're Married!

We met at the young age of just 13 years old- I picked him to be on my team for man hunt and the rest, as they say, was history! We grew up on the after school program at Tosh Collins and the days where getting a “ride” home on bicylcle pegs was your only transportation! We went to the high school dances at Timon, the skating rink at Spinners and the ice skating rink at Caz on the weekends! Growing up, we always wanted the best for one another- we gave each other advice and opinions on a career path and how we envisioned our future together. We still found time to be with each other while I was juggling college and a part time job at the pharmacy. Mike was working full time at a Pizzeria and going to school as well. Most would say we compliment one another. He is caring, timid, patient and loving as I am outgoing, sarcastic, charismatic and loud! We’ve experienced many “firsts” together; our licenses, our cars, our jobs, graduating high school/college, traveling & buying our house together! We look forward to celebrating our special day and the love we have for each other with all our family and friends!

Mike and I hosted my Mother’s Surprise Birthday party at our house.... little did I know there was another surprise in store! Towards the end of the night, Mike asked for the microphone from the dj, got down on one knee in front of everyone and popped the question! We both had so many emotions; we cried, we laughed and to be surrounded by everyone we loved was perfect! I almost forgot I had to give him an answer because everyone knew what it would be! Mike and I always joked around about our wedding song being “Speechless” by Dan and Shay- He told the DJ to play that song after he proposed....This of course made me cry harder than I already was!

We got married at the Delaware park Rose Gardens surrounded by immediate family and friends amidst the pandemic! We will be celebrating with all our loved ones on 08.28.2021!
