The Rapoza Wedding

FAQs

Thank you so much for coming to celebrate with us, please read below for all the details.
Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly request that you RSVP by August 1, 2026. Please note that responses not received or received after this date will be marked as "not attending". Thank you for understanding.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we adore your children, our wedding will be a 21+ only celebration, with the exception of those in our wedding party and family members (if your child is listed in your party when you RSVP, they may attend). We hope you'll take this opportunity to enjoy a special date night or a well-deserved evening to yourselves. We promise it will be a memorable and joyful event!

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

We want you to feel both comfortable and stylish at our celebration! Semi formal is preferred! Since our event is entirely outdoors and if the weather doesn’t cooperate, we recommend layering your outfit and bringing a jacket or wrap to stay warm as the evening progresses. Our goal is for you to enjoy every moment, from the “I do’s” to our send-off, in complete comfort.

Question

Is there parking for the wedding? What if I can’t find the location?

Answer

We're working on parking details and will update soon! Carpooling is recommended, as ride-share services might be challenging after the event due to the location. The venue is easily findable via map apps. We'll have signs and balloons to guide you after turning off of highway 2.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We kindly request that you not bring a guest unless they’re listed in your party when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

Question

What time should I arrive at the wedding?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 3:00pm. The earliest you may start arriving is 1:00pm but please arrive by at least 2:00pm to mingle, enjoy refreshments and appetizers, and get settled by 2:45pm for the ceremony.

Question

What happens if it rains or is cold?

Answer

Rainy or chilly, the celebration continues! We will have a large canopy up for the ceremony and dinner, and the reception area will be covered as well.
