Question

Can I bring my kids? Can I bring my kids?

Answer

If your invitation is addressed as “family” or lists your kids’ names, then we’d love for them to be included. We understand this may require some extra planning for you, and we truly appreciate your understanding. Let us know if you have any further questions.

Question

Will the wedding be a multi-day affair? Will the wedding be a multi-day affair?

Answer

Great question! While we’re honoring our cultural heritage, our wedding won't be a traditional ceremony in the classic (Bollywood) sense. Instead, we’ve blended elements from both our backgrounds to create a celebration that reflects who we are as a couple. Expect a beautiful fusion of traditions, with touches of both Christian and Jewish elements. Whether you’re familiar with fusion weddings or this is your first time, we can’t wait to share this special day with you and introduce you to the traditions that mean the most to us. We hope you’re ready for a celebration that’s full of love, joy, and a little bit of everything!

Question

Can I bring a date?Can I bring a date?

Answer

In order to keep our guest list on track, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation.

Question

When and how should I RSVP?When and how should I RSVP?

Answer

The RSVP instructions will be included in our formal invite. We can’t wait to celebrate with you, so please don’t forget to RSVP by the deadline!

Question

Is there anything else we should be aware of?Is there anything else we should be aware of?

Answer

We’re thrilled that our wedding may coincide with the Cherry Blossom season in Washington, D.C.! This time of year is nothing short of magical and we hope you're able to experience this season with us in the District. However, DC tends to get crowded during this time so please make sure you booked your accommodations far, far ahead for a good price.
