It all started when Aaron slid into Lulus DMs.

The first date was a dream for Lulu and Aaron. From the moment they met each other, they clicked. Lulu decided to drive all the way to Louisiana from Forney TX when Aaron asked her out on their first date. They met at a little habachi restaurant called Tokyo in Shreveport. When Lulu got out of her Truck Aaron greeted her they were so nervous that you could probably see the butterflies in their stomachs. They did what felt right which was give eachother a hug. They could both feel there hearts beating out of eachothers chest. They made it in the restaurant and sat down at the table. Of course Aaron did what Aaron does best - crack jokes. He made her laugh hysterically, they talked about life, and really just felt out each others vibes. When the date was over, the date wasn’t over. The two weren’t sure exactly where or what to do next but they knew they wanted to be with eachother. Aaron said “let’s go to the bar, your gonna meet my sister” Lulu was nervous but “YOLO”. Before they went they looked at eachother and expressed how they felt about eachother at the jump. They were both on the same page of feelings, love, lust, adrenaline, all the feels we’re in the air. So they went to the bar. At the time Lulu was 18 - Louisiana’s legal bar age is 21. God sure was on there side, because some how she walked right in the front door and they let her in. Lulu met, Bre - Aarons sister and Chase - Aarons brother in law/ best friend a long with a few other friends. Lulu and Aaron didn’t really mingle with anyone else much because they were too busy being obsessed with eachother. They played pool, they laughed, they danced, and just really got to know eachother. Finally the night had to come to an end but Lulu and Aaron just couldn’t resist their feelings for eachother they had to be together a little bit longer. So they went driving backroads. They had an amazing time talking about what they want in life and love. Lulu will never forget when Aaron played “Greatest Love Story” on the radio. A song that results in a guy getting married to the love of his life. Some could say it’s crazy ,but what they felt for eachother that night was undeniable. They looked down at the clock and in was 2am, Lulu had to start driving a 2 and half hour trip home. Aaron didn’t want her to go. She had too. Right before she left Aaron leaned in for their first kiss.

Lulu and Aaron are head over heels for eachother after the first date. Yes the second date was 2 days later. They couldn’t resist eachother. They met in the middle in the small town of Tyler, Tx at Lulus favorite place Texas Roadhouse. They just wanted to be in eachothers presence, get to know eachother, and live in the moment with each other. They felt all the butterflies at the table. They got there food and they made Lulu’s steak way too rare, so Aaron traded steaks with her. She just thought he is so sweet. They stayed with eachother until 1 am and did not want to leave, walked around Walmart, plotted on climbing a water tower, and sat on the tailgate and counted the stars. Finally they had to go they both had work in the morning.

A week later Aaron invited Lulu to meet his family and eat some good ol cajun crawfish. Things didn’t go exactly how Aaron planned them but that was the beauty of it. Later that night they were outside and the song Tennesse Whiskey was playing. Aaron asked Lulu to dance with him, while they were dancing Aaron asked Lulu to be his girlfriend and of course she said yes.

Lulu and Aaron had been driving 169 miles every weekend for 6 months straight to see eachother. They finally had a conversation about making a move. Aaron decided to sacrifice so many parts of his life to come to Texas to be with Lulu. He packed up all of his belongings in his ‘96 F-150 hugged his family extra tight and moved his whole life over to Texas. Lulu packed up and moved out of her child hood home for her very first time. Both, Aaron and Lulu we’re walking into the unknown but they knew they had God and eachother. They got the cutest little apartment in the small Town of Canton Tx and moved in on a rainy gloomy Saturday. All They had was a bed, 2 side tables, and eachother.

A year and a half later. Aaron and Lulu consistently built eachother up, poured into, supported, and loved eachother. Aaron decided that he wanted to spend the rest of his life with Lulu. He called his family and told them that he was ready to get down on one knee. They all went to that same little Japanese restaurant - Tokyo that he took her on there very first date. He took her to get ice cream and when they got home his family said they had a surprise for both of them. Little did Lulu know that she was the only one who didn’t know what was going on. They both got blindfolded and lead out to the back yard. As they walked outside, The same song Aaron asked Lulu to be his girlfriend was playing - Tennessee Whiskey. When Lulu took off her blind fold she looked down and saw candle at her feet, she slowly raised her head up and Aarons family was gathered around. Lulu s heart was beating so fast, she burst into tears. Aaron was filled with joy. She turned around where Aaron is on one knee. Lulu was so excited she didn’t even let him speak. She just screamed yes.
