Meet in the Hilton Garden Hotel Lobby at 2:00. Bus will get all guests to the venue in time to be seated for 3:00 ceremony. Bus will take all guests back to the hotel when the reception ends at 9:00. A 7:45 return bus will also be available. If you are not staying at the Hilton Gardens, but would like to utilize the bus, please let the Bride or Groom know so we can see if space is available on the buses.
Please arrive no later than 2:30 pm. Our ceremony will begin promptly at 3:00, arriving at 2:30 will allow time to mingle and find a seat!
Yes, they have a large lot to park in. Cars can stay over night but need to be gone by 9 am on Sunday November 10.
The dress code for our wedding is cocktail attire. Women, please wear either cocktail- length dress/jumpsuit or dressy separates. The venue does have gravel and grass so be mindful of shoes. Men, please wear dress pants and a button-down shirt, suit or sport coat.
Both the ceremony and the reception are located outdoors. The reception will take place under a large wedding tent. We will do our best to make it comfortable for the fall weather! There will be heaters and the tent sides will be closed to keep heat in. Dancing and alcohol will help keep you warm :)
As much as we love each of your little ones, this is an 21 and over wedding minus our specially invited flower girls and ring bearers.
