It all began on a random day at work in November of 2021. Lisa worked with Kelsea, Kyle's sister. On that day, Kelsea mentioned that she has a brother. Only problem was that he was on the other side of the country… Kelsea called Kyle and gave him Lisa's phone number and the adventure began. It started with a phone call. The calls at first didn't last much longer than a few minutes, but soon they lasted half an hour, then an hour, then several. Neither one of them realized the beautiful connection that they were developing. Kyle was in the Navy in Virginia at the time and Lisa lived in Oregon. They made the time to see each other every chance they got between days off and holidays, flying back and forth many times. After a year and half of long distance, Lisa decided to move to Virginia in May of 2022. Kyle decided he wanted to put the military behind him and move on to greener pastures in December of 2022. After that, Kyle and Lisa moved to Ohio where Kyle obtained an engineering job. After 2 years of living in Ohio they decided it was finally time to come home! Since then, they have been happy and healthy living back in Oregon.
