It’s Finally Happening!

We met in Chemistry class during our junior year of high-school. Days went by as we became acquainted with those around us, slowly but surely we both gravitated towards each other. Months passed by as we began to develop a personal rapport with one another, feelings began to grow as we then decided we were meant for each other. Who would've guessed that we found chemistry for each other in Chemistry?

The day we got engaged started like any other, except I (Colton) could not restrain myself due to the sheer excitement of the ring in my pocket. Throughout the day I (Colton) repeatedly asked Emma if she would marry me, (I think this gave her a hint to what was going on). We arrived at a pumpkin patch in Fairborn called Katie's Pumpkin Patch, where I had planned to propose in front of the cornfield that surrounded the property. As I placed my knee to the ground, Emma said, "NUH UHH", "NO WAY", "YOU'RE LYING". Slowly she was able to mumble the sound, "MHMM" with a slight nod to ensure I understood. We are more than happy to share our excitement with you all. See you in Yellow Springs!
