To curate a guest experience that's safe and stress-free for all our loved ones, parking is prohibited at the venue. We're asking that guests book hotel accommodations at one of our pre-selected hotels to allow for seamless shuttle scheduling. When submitting your RSVP, please make note of the hotel you've chosen for your stay - we will take care of it from there! Our shuttle schedule will be created based on the number of guests we have staying at each hotel, to allow ample time for all guests to make it up the mountain before we say "I do". Detailed shuttle schedules will be distributed to each guest within 2 weeks of the wedding. If your party needs to discuss alternative hotel accommodations for any reason, please reach out to the bride and groom to discuss options before booking so we can work to accommodate shuttles. Please keep in mind that many local hotels have a 2 car per booking maxim and issue parking passes upon check-in.
