Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30, so please arrive no later than 4:15.
We respectfully request that you please keep phones and cameras away during the ceremony, so you can be fully present, and our photographer can work her magic! However, take as many photos as you want during the cocktail hour and reception.
The entire wedding will take place indoors.
No, the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be held right at Arbor Midtown. You will not need to travel to any other location for the wedding.
You will see "Guest" or "Family" listed on your formal invitation if you are able to bring a plus one or kids. We kindly ask that only those listed on your formal invitation join us on our special day.
The Stone Street Parking Garage is directly next to Arbor Midtown. In addition, we will be offering valet parking for the event. You will see signs for this in front of the building when you arrive. Simply drive up to the front of the venue, and your car will be taken care of for you. If you decide to stay at the Hyatt Regency Rochester or the Hilton Garden Inn Rochester Downtown, you can walk right next door to the venue.
We will not be offering transportation to and from the wedding venue because the hotels we are recommending are right next door to the wedding venue. If you decide to stay at the Hyatt Regency Rochester or at the Hilton Garden Inn Rochester Downtown, you can just walk right next door to the venue. If you decide to stay elsewhere, you will either have to drive or uber to the venue. There will be valet parking at the event if you drive.

If you are worried about what to wear, we recommend Semi-Formal attire.
