Bungalow located on the property of the wedding. Sleeps 7. First floor bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, and a large living room with foldout double bed. Upstairs bedroom has a queen sized bed, twin and toddler bed as well as sitting area. Mid-stairs there is a double and a single bed, creating a fun place to accommodate children or more adventuresome adults.

This place on 40 acres, was once home to Clara Belle Buzzell who married Robert Hamilton Boothby on December 24, 1899. Located less than two miles from the farm, orchard and event barn, it’s a great place to celebrate with family and friends. Renovations to the living space include a new kitchen, generous sitting room and a spacious bathroom. There are two double beds in the first floor room with adjacent laundry. Upstairs, the walk-though room is furnished with two twins and the back bedroom has a full bed. With access to provisions at the market, lots of room to roam and close to farm, this is a perfect homebase for local events.

Perfect spot for a quiet and fun family trip. 250 yards from the Whistle Stop Trail for snowmobiling, snowshoeing and x-country skiing. 30-45 minutes from 5 ski areas(Titcomb, Sugarloaf,Sun River, Black Mountain and Lost Valley) 100 yards from the Androscoggin River and 1/4 mile to where you can drop in a Kayak or canoe. Walk to a waterfall. Huge yard for family fun, parking etc! Ride your ATV/snow machine straight to trails! The space 3 bedrooms plus a nursery/office space off MBR (2 queens, 1 Full) Full bath upstairs and half downstairs. Large living room, Dining room that can host 10+ and a separate office for zoom meetings etc. Large yard with extra paved parking at rear of property for boats, RVs etc. Great front porch w/ rocking chairs for those Maine evenings. Walking distance to Whistle Stop Trail, River and shopping and eating spots.

Less than 20 minutes from the venue. A cozy escape from the business of life. Tucked just a half mile off route 219 down a camp road on a favorite body of water is this home. The water is warm during the summer and kayaks are ready to slip into the water for a loon encounter or fishing expedition. It’s only 10 minutes to groceries or good restaurants. The access road is a couple miles long and safe for walking. (Shaded and cool from the hot sun. ). Jacuzzi tub in master bedroom. Tv in each bedroom. The space First floor has all the common space. Kitchen. Living room. Dining room. Reading room ( under the moose). Half bathroom and entry. 2nd floor is the master bedroom. With a look up into the 3rd floor. 3rd floor is the kids room. It has its own bathroom and a fun cat walk that looks out to the pond and over the master bedroom Guest access There is a shared yard and beach/docks. But your entrance is on the front side and the basement apartment enters on the lake side ( also available to rent) plenty of parking space is available. We have used this place as a 2 unit often. And guests find plenty of outdoor space to enjoy without being in the other renters space. 2 docks. 2 outdoor tables. But yes a shared fire pit. Fall is so beautiful here. And winter even better. Ice skating. Cross country skiing. Snowmobile trails accessible from the pond. Not far to ski mountains. Like Black Mountain in Rumford and Sunday River I’m Bethel.
