On Sunday, May 12, 2019 the love of my life decided to propose to me on Mother’s day. We were surrounded by our loved ones enjoying love, food and laughter when Cameron decided it was time for a toast and speeches. As I started to get settled to hear what everyone had to say, I turned around to look at him, only to find him on his knee with a ring box in hand. At that moment, it felt like it was only him and I in the room. The words “Will you marry me” came out, I was still shocked and surprised, but I said “YES”. Now here we are getting ready to say “I do” together on Sunday, February 14th, 2021.
