Question

Can I bring a guest / date?

Answer

Due to limited capacity we will only be able to accommodate those specifically listed out on your invitation. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to reach out!

Are children invited?

Answer

While we love your little ones, this is an adults-only occasion with the exception of our flower girl and ring bearer. We want you to have a fun parents night out!

Will the event take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both! The ceremony will be outdoors on the patio while the cocktail hour and reception will be indoors.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony starts at 4pm so we recommend that guests arrive at least 15 minutes before the ceremony start time so you can park and get settled.

How do I get to the patio for the ceremony?

Answer

Please enter the clubhouse through the doors on the far-right side of the building by the roundabout. From there, guests will be directed to the patio where the ceremony will take place.

Will there be a shuttle from the hotel to the venue?

Is there a dress code?

Answer

While we don't have a formal dress code for our wedding, Midland Hills does have a few guidelines we need to follow: no hats inside the clubhouse and no denim of any kind.
