Question
What time should I arrive?
Answer
The ceremony will begin at 6:00pm. Please arrive at 5:30p prior to the ceremony to allow time for parking and finding your seat. Of note, please anticipate some lovely Boston-area Friday traffic should you choose to forego pre-arranged transportation options.

What is the dress code?
Answer
We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! Dress to impress in your best formal attire. Please no jeans/denim and avoid shades of white. Long dresses requested for women. The ceremony and reception will be held outside. Ladies, check out renttherunway.com for rental formal dresses to help save some money, but still show up in style.

Where will the ceremony take place?
Answer
Weather permitting, our entire wedding will be held outdoors on the grass of the estate grounds. We highly encourage anyone planning to wear heels to consider a block or wedge heel as the steps to our ceremony space are gravel and steep. The grounds of the estate property are also expansive and we encourage guests to explore...just plan your footwear properly!

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?
Answer
We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning that once the ceremony begins, we ask that all phones be put away and silenced. We would love for everyone to be fully present with us and for our photographer to be able to capture the best pictures which we will share with you. Once the ceremony is over, feel free to take as many pictures as you would like. Don't forget to share them with us!

Can I bring a guest or date?
Answer
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding and please feel free to reach out with any questions!

Are kids welcome?
Answer
Our wedding will be night out for adults only. Invitations will be specific and will include the names of the children who are invited.

Will there be an open bar?
Answer
Yes! The drinks are on us and the hangover is on you ---get ready to party!

Will any transportation be provided?
Answer
Yes. We will be providing bus service from First Student from the Fairfield Hotel Amesbury parking lot. Buses will arrive to take guests to the Crane Estate at 4:45p and will depart the venue festivities at 11:00p.

Where do I park?
Answer
Our venue has free onsite parking. However, you are not allowed to leave your vehicle overnight. Please note our venue sits atop windy, dark roads at the top of a hill. We highly recommend utilizing transportation options provided or Uber/Lyft if you are planning to take advantage of our open bar ;)

What do I do if I can't attend ?
Answer
You will be dearly missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "not attending" so we can plan accordingly. Thank you! If you received a "Save the Date" and need to soft RSVP "no" earlier than your invitation has been received, please text the bride/groom as soon as you know.
