The day that we met, we had no idea who each other were. We met at the Schaefers Canal House, just hanging out with some friends on Labor Day. We had an eventful night, one to remember, but we went our separate ways by the end of the night. Two months later we met each other again at the Grotto's in Newark. Matt did something that night that stuck with me for weeks afterwards. He was nice, charming and sincere towards me. Following that night, I started to reach out to Matt on social media, where we eventually started talking and exchanging phone numbers. We lost touch for a little, only to pick it up again at Tom Foolery at the end of January 2019. We spent all night talking, laughing and enjoying each others company. The next night we went on a date, then the following night we went out to play trivia at Sully's in Middletown. We were inseparable after that night. Ever since, we both have spent many days with each other, loving one another and building each other into the people we want to be individually and together. Soon, we will be husband and wife and we both cannot wait!
