FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly ask that all guests RSVP by August 9th, 2027 so we can finalize details with our vendors and ensure a seamless celebration. If you’re able to respond sooner, we would truly appreciate it

Question

What Is The Dress Code?

Answer

Our wedding will be a romantic fall garden celebration with touches of modern elegance. The ceremony will take place outdoors on grass, followed by an indoor reception in the winery. We invite guests to dress in cocktail attire with a garden-elegant feel—think flowy midi or maxi dresses, soft textures, and elevated silhouettes in warm, earthy tones. Gentlemen are encouraged to wear suits or dress shirts with slacks (ties optional). While cocktail attire is encouraged, we recommend longer, more romantic styles over short or overly casual looks to complement the setting and overall aesthetic. As the ceremony will be held outdoors, we recommend choosing footwear suitable for grass. In the event of cooler weather or light rain, guests may also want to bring a light layer or appropriate outerwear. Kindly avoid overly casual attire such as jeans, t-shirts, sneakers, or athletic wear. We also ask that guests refrain from wearing white, ivory, or cream, as well as burgundy, as these colors will be reserved for the bride and bridal party.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM. We recommend arriving by 4:00 PM to allow time for parking, finding your seat, and getting settled before the ceremony begins. As the ceremony will be held outdoors, we encourage guests to arrive a little early to get comfortable. Late arrivals may be asked to wait until an appropriate pause before entering.

Question

Can I have a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate the guests formally listed on your invitation. If you were given a plus one, it will be indicated on your invitation or RSVP. We would love to celebrate with everyone, but due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. If a plus one has been reserved for you, it will be noted when you RSVP. Thank you so much for understanding—it means the world to us

Question

Are children invited?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration with the exception of children in the bridal party or those specifically listed on the invitation. If your invitation includes your child’s name, they are more than welcome to attend. Otherwise, we kindly ask that this be an adults-only evening. Thank you so much for your understanding—we can’t wait to celebrate with you

Question

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that our ceremony be an unplugged experience. This means no phones, cameras, or recording devices during the ceremony. We’ve chosen to be fully present in this moment and would love for you to do the same. Our photographer will be capturing everything, and we promise to share those memories with you afterward. Once the ceremony has concluded, feel free to take photos and capture the celebration throughout the evening!

Question

Where should I stay for the weekend?

Answer

Our venue is located about an hour outside of Seattle. If you prefer to stay near the airport or in the city, there are many great hotel options in the Seattle area. For those wanting to be closer to the venue, we recommend booking accommodations nearby for convenience. A list of suggested hotels and options can be found on our Travel page. We encourage booking early, as rooms may fill quickly. If you have any questions or need recommendations, please feel free to reach out—we’re happy to help!

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! Our bar will feature two signature cocktails, along with a selection of beer and wine. We hope you enjoy sipping and celebrating with us throughout the night
