You are already legally married, so is there still a ceremony?

Answer

Yes! While practicalities led to us legally marrying on 8/8/2025 with our parents, we want to commit to one another again with all of our loved ones present. The wedding itself will have both a ceremony and a reception. We cannot wait to celebrate with you.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Please see the schedule page! We hope to spend as much time with you during the weekend as we can, so we have coordinated multiple casual activities.

Is there parking for the wedding?

Answer

There will be parking available at the Potters. We ask that you carpool when possible to limit the number of cars on the street. We will have cars circling to drive you up the (steep) driveway to the wedding site if you would rather not walk. We ask that you not drive your personal vehicle up the driveway as space at the top is reserved for essential wedding activities. Thank you for your flexibility with our backyard venue!

Is there a rain plan?

Answer

The wedding will be outdoors, however we will have a tent with plenty of capacity for everyone.
