Krystal and Drew first met in 2018 during their freshman year at Florida Gulf Coast University, living just two doors down from each other in the dorms. On move-in day, Krystal and her roommates were sitting in the lounge area introducing themselves to everyone moving in. Although they didn’t know it at the time, that was the very first moment Krystal and Drew saw each other. Shortly after, Krystal invited Drew to join their hall group for a tour around campus to find their classes, and from that day on, a close friendship quickly formed. Before long, they were spending nearly all their free time together and on February 5, 2019, they officially began dating. Over the years, Krystal and Drew have built a relationship full of shared experiences and adventures. In their everyday life, they enjoy playing video games, spending time with their pets, singing karaoke with friends, going on Cooper’s Hawk date nights, and continuing a beloved Friday night pizza tradition. Their personalities balance each other perfectly - Drew is the introvert to Krystal’s extrovert, he loves the ocean while she prefers the pool, and while Drew confidently manages investments, Krystal happily trusts him with her login. They truly complement one another in every way.

In September 2025, Drew planned a surprise trip to Bar Harbor, Maine, bringing together both of their families and Krystal’s best friend, Kaitlyn. The destination was especially meaningful, as Krystal had dreamed of visiting for years and had no idea what Drew had planned. Although unexpected travel delays disrupted his original sunset lighthouse proposal plan, Drew adapted and created an equally magical moment. On September 24th, he proposed at the Claremont Hotel in a beautiful flower garden under glowing string lights, surrounded by their closest loved ones. After Krystal said yes, family and friends emerged from hiding to celebrate the special moment. The rest of the trip became a cherished memory filled with adventure and togetherness. They explored Maine, shared stories around a cozy fire pit, and even experienced a true bucket-list moment - being among the first people in the United States to see the sunrise from Cadillac Mountain. Krystal and Drew are incredibly grateful for the journey that brought them together and are excited for everything the future holds. Most of all, they look forward to celebrating this next chapter of their lives surrounded by the people they love most. ❤️
