FAQs

If you have any additional questions not answered here, feel free to contact the bride or groom.
Question

Can we bring our children?

Answer

We kindly request that only guests listed on your invitation attend. Unless your children are specifically included on your RSVP or invitation, the event will be adults-only. We hope you can use this as an opportunity to relax and celebrate with us! Please make your necessary child care arrangements prior to the event.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We’d love to celebrate with everyone, but due to venue and vendor guest count restrictions, we’re only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. If a guest’s name isn’t included, we’re unfortunately unable to offer a plus one. If you have any specific special requests or questions, please contact us. Thank you for understanding!

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Our dress code is garden party semi-formal. We’d love to see a colorful palette and floral touches in your attire. Please do not wear white, ivory, or extremely dark colors. The event will be outdoors with lots of grass, so keep that in mind when picking your shoes. Additionally, we recommend a light jacket for the evening, as the Oregon coast can be chilly at this time of year. Please, no jeans, flannel shirts, or sweatshirts.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is plenty of parking at the venue, but keep in mind it will be gravel. The ceremony and reception site is a quick walk from our parking area, but accessible parking spots are available closer for those who need accommodation. Please note that parking on grass is strictly prohibited by our venue, and will result in fines. Please follow posted signage and instruction from parking attendants.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that you arrive about 30 minutes prior to our ceremony time to allow for ample time to find parking, say hello to other guests, and find your seat. We also kindly ask you arrive on time to avoid any disruptions to the ceremony. Thank you!

Question

What should I know about the venue?

Answer

Our venue is a flower farm and barn near the Oregon Coast, featuring open grassy fields, vibrant flower meadows, and a nearby river framed by forest. The ceremony and reception will both be held outdoors. As temperatures may drop in the evening, please plan your attire accordingly and consider bringing a light layer.

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We are registered in 2 places. We have a registry with Zola directly listed under our "registry" website tab. On that page you will also find our Amazon registry. We appreciate all your generous gifts, but your presence is what matters to us most on our wedding day.
