FAQs

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We’re thrilled to celebrate with you! Due to limited venue capacity, we’re only celebrating with our closest family and friends. Please check your invitation to see who is specifically invited. We truly appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to enjoy this special day!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We encourage our guests to enjoy a fancy night out! We recommend long or cocktail-length dresses, jumpsuits, and suits or blazers. While it will be December and quite chilly outside, the entire celebration will take place indoors. If at any point you feel too cold, the bar and the dance floor will be open!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

As much as we love kids, we encourage you to take this opportunity to enjoy a date night and party with the adults! We hope you understand and can join us.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

An RSVP date will be sent with invitations in the fall. Due to limited space at the venue, we won’t be able to accommodate guests who haven’t responded by this date. Your timely response will help us ensure we have a seat (and dinner) reserved just for you, thanks!

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes, please see the "Room Block" tab on this website for our hotel. A shuttle will transport guests to the ceremony and back at the end of the night.

Question

Is there parking?

Answer

If you are driving directly to the ceremony, there is ample free parking at Running Deer. If you are parking at the hotel, they will comp one car per room in the parking garage. Feel free to park in the garage, bring your ticket to the check in desk, and the hotel staff will provide a voucher for free parking.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive at least 15-20 minutes before the ceremony begins to allow time for seating. We want to make sure everyone is settled in before the big moment!

Question

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that you refrain from taking photos during the ceremony to allow our photographer to capture the special moments. After the ceremony, feel free to take photos to your heart’s content!
