If you are staying at The Double Tree, they have a free shuttle that is booked on a first come basis. It can be booked as early as check in or guests can call from the airport for a pick up. They try to schedule runs on the hour, but they can fit 2 rides to Osage within the hour. They do not schedule privately but wedding parties can book up to 10 people to be shuttled at a time.
Nope! Everything will be indoors in the AC, but there is some walking required to the chapel and to the reception hall.
