Jared and I met at our college job in 2021! We both worked at the Texas A&M Equestrian Center as barn staff. We started as coworkers and slowly our friendship bloomed. In February of 2022 we began dating and the rest is history! We were in a lot of the same classes together and even graduated with the same degree. Both of us still work in the animal industry and will always share a connection with the work we do that brought us together.

Jared's proposal was beautiful and I couldn't have asked for anything better! We planned a family trip to Hawaii and it was a perfect time to begin our lifelong journey! The proposal day started with a trip around the island. We visited the farmers market at my high school then took a drive around the coast line and ended up at the Ho'omaluhia Botanical Gardens. We walked around and Jared found a small private area and proposed! It was magical!
