All hotel and flight accommodations are handled by the travel agent. This does not include the cost of rental vehicles. You may work with the agent to reserve a vehicle and split the cost amongst other guests if you wish. The only additional items you will pay for is food and shopping.
If you plan on sharing a room with anyone, all parties that are rooming together will need to be ready to book at the same time. Deposits and payments are done per person even if they are sharing a room.
You may book your own rental vehicle or book with the travel agent. If you choose to book a vehicle with the agent, the vehicle will need to be linked to one driver. Please let the agent know know who plans to travel in a vehicle together. She can divide the cost amongst those individuals. The cost of the vehicle can be prepaid as part of the package and split amongst everyone traveling, however the taxes are payable on-site at the rental counter. When the booking is made, the system will give the estimated taxes so there are no surprises. The agent will divide the cost of the rental car by whoever is sharing it.
