We met through a mutual friend! Kenzie went to nursing school with Mikaela and Garrett worked with Mikaela at the golf course. She asked us both if we would like to go to Top Golf with a group of friends one evening. Garrett and I were introduced to each other there. We became close friends who went on numerous camping trips and adventures together before eventually falling in love. Fast forward to three years later, we decided we want to continue life's adventures together forever!

Garrett proposed in the sweetest way, doing the thing that Kenzie loves the absolute most: being on the boat at the lake! We planned a day of boating for a Saturday in August (very typical weekend activity for us in the summer) except this particular boating day ended with a proposal!!! Garrett popped the question on the back of the boat to Kenzie with our closest friends and family all there to celebrate with us! It was a moment we will both never forget and will cherish forever.
