Hi everyone! Obviously this is Jordan typing this side of the story. I met Jake whenever I was working through school at a local restaurant in Broken Arrow. Jake caught my eye a couple times but neither one of us ever made a move. Jake did the whole "hey i think you're a good lookin' gal" through the whole social media side of things and for months I would ignore the complimentary messages. Finally I thought to myself, what do I have to loose? Jake had just recently moved to Amarillo so we were getting to know eachother through a lot of long distance face times and texting. We met in person whenever it was time for my mothers big 50th bash I had planned for her and it was the what we all say, love at first sight! Jake and I moved through the motions pretty fast and I just knew he was someone very speical to me. Meeting Jakes family has been beyond amazing, seriously if you all do not know these people you have to meet them. I now know how Jake got his attributes. THE PROPOSAL J got down on one knee on my first cruise trip and it was perfect! I kind of had an idea that he was up to something by the way he was acting. Whenever he asked me all he said was, "Jordan, I love you. Will you marry me?" It was very cute and quite that little chuckle because his hands were shaking so bad. The ring makes me speechless everytime I look at it because I feel like I don't deserve such big and beautiful ring! He did a good job picking it out all by himself! Good job babe. We are beyond blessed for eachother and this journey of marriage is something we are both excited to share with all of you. I fall in love with this man more and more everyday & then some. CINCO DE MAYO has now become my favorite day!!
