It all started back in 2016, freshman year at Ohio University. Our paths crossed through a chance encounter that neither of us could have predicted. We didn’t know it at the time, but that moment would be the beginning of something special. A few days later, we went on our first date to Insomnia Cookies (because who can resist warm cookies and good company?). That simple outing turned into the start of a beautiful friendship. Throughout our freshman year, we enjoyed getting to know each other, but we remained just friends, each focused on our own journeys. Fast forward to April 2018, and something had shifted. We realized we were ready for more than just friendship and officially began dating. While Dylan transferred to Kent State University, we embraced the challenge of maintaining a medium-distance relationship. Despite the miles between us, our love only grew stronger, and the time apart allowed us to appreciate each other in new ways. In August of 2021, we finally took the next big step and moved to Columbus, where we officially began our lives together. Since then, we’ve created countless memories, shared laughter, and continued building our future side by side. Now, here we are—excited to celebrate our next chapter with all of you!
