Maid of Honor
Nicole has been my best friend since we were in fifth grade; Nicole and I lived in the same subdivision growing up and we played on the same soccer and volleyball team. Whether it was walking to the bus stop together or deciding who’s house to have a sleepover at this weekend, we always made the best of every time. She is extremely caring, a rock band pro and one of the smartest people I’ve ever met. I couldn’t imagine having anyone else by my side as I marry the man of my dreams.
Best Man
I met Ty when I was a couple of seconds old, and ever since that day I have looked up to him. Ty made me tough growing up. He hit me so hard in a simple game of running back vs linebacker in the front yard that I thought I nearly broke my neck. That stinger comes back to this day, but it reminds me so much of our brotherhood. I have learned so much from Ty, he is a leader, when he walks in a room his personality and presence demands respect. I'm not sure if it is because he's incredibly scary until you get to know him, but I think it's because he carries himself with integrity and he loves his family more than anything. That is something I look up to. There was no doubt in my mind that my brother would be my best man. I knew this was going to be the case from day 1.

Tori (TeterTot) works with me at Aramark. I think it was the first ten minutes of my first day at work that we became immediate friends. From spending too much money at target together to getting free margaritas at Rocco’s Tacos, we always have a great time. Tori is one of the most positive people I’ve ever met and would do anything to help a friend. I wouldn’t want to have my big day without her kind and selfless heart by my side.

Finally a little brother. A couple years back I met Code, safe to say we clicked instantly over a couple beers at the lake. Ever since our first time meeting we have been getting closer and closer. Code is one of those guys that you can always rely on. He truly cares about others feelings, and in my first 3 years of knowing him it is evident that he loves to give to others. With that being said, he gives some great gifts. Code scored me a signed Detroit Country Club Flag signed by Tom Izzo during the tour event in 2019. I didn't even know that I was getting a gift, but this symbolizes what he truly cares about; Making others happy. I thank God that I am able to be so close with you, and I am excited to continue developing our brotherhood!

Where do I begin with this girl... I met Jess about three years ago through a mutual friend and our friendship was instant. If you need a friend to cheer on your favorite football team with (Go Blue) or you’re looking for someone to make you laugh no matter how down you’re feeling, Jess is your girl. The only thing that can turn a night with Jess sideways is mixing red wine and tequila. Jess has the kindest heart and most easy going personality, I’m so thankful to have her humor and support on my big day.

Evan was one of my first friends ever. We go way back, and have maintained a friendship throughout middle school, high school, college (where I lived with him for 3 years), and beyond. It all started during our "hockey days" where we were blessed to become friends, but so were our families. Evan is a brother to me, his family is like family. He has always been someone that I can talk to, he puts up with my shit, and is not afraid to tell me i'm being an idiot when I am. I am blessed to have this skinny kid from Anderson elementary who bulked up in his later years to become an Army Officer and complete Ranger training in my life. I am incredibly honored to have Evan in our wedding, and I am excited to see how our friendship evolves in the next 20+ years.

Casey was my first friend I met here in Florida and I don’t think I’ve ever met someone so much like myself. The only difference between Casey and I is our bedtimes... I think she’s the only person who can keep me out past 9pm. When Casey isn’t cheering me on while we’re on the dance floor, she’s cheering me on in every big event in my life. I’m extremely thankful for her and I couldn’t imagine this day without my dance partner and biggest cheerleader.

I thank God that I was able to join my brother on a summer day in middle school to go hang out with Sean and Eric. This was the day I knew Eric and I were going to be lifelong brothers. Eric offered me a hot pocket that day, and from that day forward the Sczpaniak's had to buy more snacks for the house. It was always confusing on whether or not Eric graduated in 2012 or 2013 because we were always together. Eric was my little big brother. We had our first beer together, we went to our first super cool high school party together, went to our first college party together (thanks Sean), picked each other up when we got our first set of keys, and we cried on a football field together when it was all over. I am so proud to call this Gym teacher my brother!

Karoline is one of our friends here in Florida; she is an amazing mother of three beautiful girls and one of the kindest souls I have ever met. If I need advice on any situation in life, I know I can go to Karoline. She has been a part of many amazing events in our life: picking out my wedding dress, Cody’s baptism and all of our weekend parties. She is a huge support and cheerleader for us and we are so thankful to have her as a part of our big day.

You can't talk about my childhood without a good Petey Brown story popping up in it. I have yet to seen a lefty toss a snowball at a car like Pete did when we were growing up, accurate and with speed. Like all of the above here is another one of my brothers. I laughed with, got in trouble with, and even argued with Petey for well over a decade now. He is a guy that shoots it straight, and that is why we still remain brothers to this day. I have known from day one that Pete has my back no matter what. If I ever need to talk to someone, I know I can pick up the phone and call no matter where I am at. I want to call out how proud I am of the success that Petey has had early in his career as a Millwright, a perfect profession for someone who works as hard as he does.

It all started a couple decades ago when we first became defensive partners on the ice. We have experienced a lot together starting with each and every hockey tournament, high school parties, to being neighbors in college. Oh boy have we been on some adventures. Don’t be concerned if you find Derek and I laughing about nothing for 30 minutes we still can’t explain it. The word brother is a great way to describe Derek we have laughed, fought, and spent some of the most memorable growing up moments together. I am honored to have Derek share this day with us!
Usher
Madison’s little brother, Nolan, is a Woodhaven graduate in 2020. One of the reasons we chose Nolan to be our Usher because he is such a hard worker, once he sets his mind to something he gets it done. We also chose Nolan because he’s an amazing young man who we couldn’t imagine having our big day without, It’s been an honor for both of us to watch Nolan grow into the amazing young man he is today.
Usher
Madison’s baby brother, Sullivan, is in the Woodhaven marching band and plays three different instruments. Sullivan is a very talented and kind hearted young man, just don’t play him in fortnight and you’ll always see his sweet side. We chose Sullivan to be our usher because we couldn’t have this big day without him. Sullivan is a huge part of our lives and we chose a role for him to do what he does best, helping others.
