Ceremony
3:00 pm - 3:30 pm

Attire: Dressy casual, like you'd wear to church! The ceremony is on grass, so block heels or wedges may be easier to walk in. If it is sunny, you may want sunglasses as the ceremony space is not covered.
The ceremony will be held out on the golf course, behind the country club, and under the big cottonwood tree on Hole #1. Come into the venue through the hotel entrance and you will be directed out to the ceremony site. If you cannot or prefer not to walk that distance, someone will be available to escort you via the golf carts.
Reception
4:00 pm - 10:00 pm

There will be time for visiting between the ceremony and when the meal is served around 5:00 pm. Feel free to play yard games on the patio, grab a drink, and catch up with family and friends! Our meal is breakfast food! Think eggs, potatoes, bacon, sausage, ham, biscuits and gravy, fruit, etc. Please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions so we make sure there is something safe for you to eat! The dance will be held in the basement area after the meal. Feel free to wander between both floors of the venue and the patio area for games. The photo booth is located in the party room next to the upstairs bathrooms. We will have kegs of Bud Light. Anything else is cash bar.
