What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Plan to arrive at 5:00 P.M. We will have seating attendants and will need guests to arrive promptly. If you arrive after 5:30, you will have to wait in the outdoor bar area until the ceremony is over, so please be on time so we can celebrate with you!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! Please note that black-tie is optional, however we strongly ask that there is no jeans, t-shirts, flip flops. It will be October, so it may be a little chilly, it may be best to bring a sweater or jacket.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes, children are welcome but safety is our number one priority! Please know that the ceremony is at a historical venue with old styled hardwood floors and a full mass during the ceremony. Also know there will be an open bar and adults celebrating at the reception. It is up to the parents to decide if they think their child should attend an event like this or not. If they do attend, please be mindful of them! Please make sure they do not interrupt the photographers or videographers or get in the way of the shots. Please make sure they behave themselves and are quiet durning the ceremony. Please make sure they don't run around the reception and bump into the wait staff. Please make sure they don't interrupt any special moments, such as the first dance. If you're unsure and would like more information please feel free to reach out to us!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes in the back parking lot, there should be parking and if needed, Meeting House staff said we could also use the bank parking lot.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to space constraints, we can only accommodate named guests on the invitation. We appreciate your understanding.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Yes there will be!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please let us know of any food allergies, and we will let the kitchen staff know of the allergies and do our best to accommodate you.
