Trevor and Caitlin first crossed paths on June 5, 2024, while watching the Oklahoma Sooners softball team play Game 1 of the national championship series against a team from somewhere down south. Thanks to a dear mutual friend—who thoughtfully provided each of them with a full résumé (and photos!) of the other—they already knew of one another before the first official handshake. After being invited to the game to casually meet Caitlin, Trevor secured her number that night—and didn’t waste any time. He texted her the next morning, and that evening they went to Game 2 together, watching the Sooners claim yet another national championship. From there, the rest was basically history. Trevor fell—completely—for Caitlin’s zeal for life, contagious laughter and smile, and her personal relationship with Jesus Christ. With his charismatic charm, God-fearing heart, and thoughtfully planned date nights, Trevor won Caitlin’s heart. And on June 19, 2025, he popped the question after convincing Caitlin they were simply headed to watch Game 6 of the NBA Finals (Go Thunder!). With her favorite Luke Combs playing in the background, she said yes! We are so grateful for the incredible family and friends who have surrounded us, supported us, and prayed over our relationship—and we cannot wait to celebrate with each of you! Above all, we are in awe of the Lord’s kindness in knitting our lives together.
