FAQs

Question

What is the deadline to RSVP?

Answer

We haven’t launched our RSVP system yet, it will go live when we send out the official invitations. We appreciate your patience and can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Question

What time should I arrive at St. Theresa Catholic Church for the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that you arrive between 3:35 pm and 3:45 pm. This will allow you time to park and be seated before the ceremony begins promptly at 4:00 pm. Guests who arrive later than 3:50 pm will be asked by the church coordinator to refrain from taking their seats until the bridal party and bride have walked down the aisle.

Question

What are the recommended transportation arrangements for guests who are not driving?

Answer

For guests who will not be driving, we recommend arranging transportation via rideshare services such as Uber or Lyft to St. Theresa Catholic Church for the ceremony. Upon conclusion of the ceremony, Shuttle transportation will be provided from Tru by Hilton and Lansdowne Resort to the ceremony, and from the church to Stone Tower Winery for cocktail hour and the reception. At the conclusion of the evening, return shuttle service will be available from the winery to both hotels. We strongly encourage all guests—including those not staying at either hotel—to utilize the provided transportation if you do not plan to drive yourself. Stone Tower Winery is located in a rural area with very limited Uber/Lyft availability, while transportation options are much more readily available from the hotel locations.

Question

Are kids allowed?

Answer

We love your families and all the little ones in them! However, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. We hope you’ll treat this as a well-deserved date night - come ready to relax and enjoy good food, good wine, and great company as we celebrate together!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Formal attire is encouraged. A suit and tie for men and a long dress for ladies would be perfect! The church can get a bit chilly, so ladies may also want to bring a light sweater or wrap.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

Question

How long is the drive from the ceremony at St. Theresa Catholic Church to the reception at Stone Tower Winery?

Answer

Stone Tower Winery is about a 25 minute drive from St. Theresa Catholic Church.

Question

Is overnight parking permitted at the venue?

Answer

No. Overnight parking is not permitted at St. Theresa Catholic Church or Stone Tower Winery. Guests are kindly asked to make arrangements for their vehicles prior to the event. The safety of our guests is of the utmost importance. If you plan to enjoy alcoholic beverages during the celebration, we kindly ask that you utilize the provided shuttle service or arrange transportation with a designated driver. Shuttle transportation will be provided to and from the ceremony and reception, with return service to the recommended hotel accommodations at the conclusion of the evening.

Question

Can I call an Uber to pick me up at the end of the reception?

Answer

Due to Stone Tower Winery’s rural location, rideshare services such as Uber and Lyft are extremely limited and often unavailable from the venue. For this reason, we strongly encourage all guests to utilize the provided shuttle transportation departing from the reception. Shuttles will take guests directly to the recommended hotel blocks, where rideshare services will be more reliably accessible if needed
