Yes! We have arranged a shuttle to transport guests from the Doyle Hotel at 3:10PM to our venue. For more information, please visit our travel tab.
Yes! Pippin Hill has plenty of parking in their lot. The venue is about 20 minutes from downtown Charlottesville. If you wish to use the shuttle we have arranged, feel free! The venue does allow for overnight parking at the venue, if you drive to the venue and would like to take a ride back on the shuttle and get your car the next morning, feel free! *Cars must be picked up by 10 am the following morning.*
Our ceremony will start promptly at 4:00PM. Please arrive 30 minutes prior to the ceremony start time, so by at least 3:30PM!
Our attire is black tie optional. This means that our wedding party will be in black tie attire, and you are highly encouraged to join us! Black, Navy or Brown suits for men are perfect. Please no jeans or casual attire at the wedding, we look forward to seeing everyone all dressed up!
Due to the intimate nature of our wedding, we are only able to accommodate the guests listed on your invitation. Thank you for understanding and respecting our wishes for a small celebration!
Yes! If you are invited, so are your kids! Please note that you will need to transport your family as the charter bus is for those ages 11 and up.
