Ceremony will start at 4:00, please arrive by 3:30 to ensure you don't miss the main event. Immediately following the ceremony, cocktail hour will begin. Dinner to be served at 5:30.
We have a fantastic photographer who will be capturing the ceremony. Please refrain from taking photos during this time.
We will have beer, seltzers, and wine. No outside alcohol is allowed. Pop, water and coffee will also be available.
The ceremony will be held outdoors, weather permitting. Dinner and dancing will be indoors.
The DJ shuts down at 10:30.
If you have dietary restrictions please contact us ahead of time and we will do our best to accommodate you. The dinner will be catered by Acapulcos.

There is parking on site, we will have an assistant directing you where to park.
Smoking is allowed outdoors. Please be responsible and dispose of the cigarettes in the provided ashtrays.
Please be respectful as we do need to let our venue/caterer know an actual head count, and that requires you to do your part.
We have a hotel block on hold through July 31st at the Forrest Inn in Amery. Please book your room prior to that date if needed.
