Booking

We have selected Tom Brussow with Sunsational Beach Vacations to handle all of the travel arrangements for guests attending our special event! Tom will take great care of you and make the booking process a breeze. We have included his contact information below, as well as important trip details and deadlines. Rooms: We have secured exclusive contracted room rates and inventory for our guests. We have several room types available to accommodate your needs. Tom can provide you with pricing based on room type and length of stay. Room prices also include round trip transfer from the airport to the resort! Deposit: The initial deposit to book is $200 per person. The second deposit of $200 per person is due July 1st, 2025. Final payments for the trip are due no later than August 15th, 2025. Trip Insurance: Trip Insurance is highly recommended and options will be provided in your quote! To RSVP: 1. Complete the RVSP form below: https://www.sunsationalbeachvacations.com/rsvp 2. Check your passport! If you don't have a valid passport or if yours is expiring, get started now as the passport issuance and renewal process can take up to three months! Most countries require that your U.S. passport have as much as 6 months of validity remaining for entry, so make sure your passport is up to date :) 3. Cancun International Airport

We recommend flying into Cancun International Airport (CUN). It is about a 40 minute ride to Secrets Moxché! Tom would be happy to assist with the booking of flights as needed, otherwise you are totally able to book them utilizing points/miles on your own :)
