One very cold Purdue January (2019) I met Zach on a blind date for a semi-formal to his fraternity dance. The stars must have been aligned just right that magical night as we hit if off ! The next week we went bowling in the Union basement and Zach asked me to be his girlfriend on February 22, 2019, of course I said, yes! The next few years were filled with trips, tears, bears and beers. I left for Atlanta and Zach was working in Chicago after school. But it wasn't long before he moved to Atlanta and we were together again. Moving forward five years, we went on a trip to Wyoming to venture into the national parks. While headed out to dinner one evening in September, Zach wanted to show me a beautiful spot in the Tetons he found for sunset. We arrived at the magical spot and and started walking around. When all of a sudden, I turned around to find Zach down on one knee. Those words that I was so excited to hear came right out, oh yea, I said yes!! On September 11, 2024 in the Grand Tetons National Park we started a whole new chapter of our life. Now we can't wait for you to join us when, we WILL, say, " I do!!!" on June 21, 2025! So, brush off the dust on those dancing shoes and get ready to party with the "Swims"!!
