We met on a bank holiday — which meant Colin was enjoying his day off with a "couple" of beers and some friends. Meanwhile, Rachel had just returned from a work trip and was ready to unwind when a friend texted her to come out to a neighborhood bar happy hour. It was a gorgeous fall day and the sparks were flying! Our friends definitely noticed — when we moved to the next spot, there "just so happened" not to be enough seats at the bar... so we ended up at a two-top, just us! Our friends swear it was a "coincidence"... A couple weeks later, Colin passed the ultimate test by winning over Louie's heart, and we’ve been inseparable ever since. In December 2024, Colin pulled off the surprise of a lifetime: proposing under the northern lights in the Arctic Circle! We can’t wait for what’s next — and we’re so excited to celebrate this next chapter as husband and wife!
