When Should I Book My Accommodations?

Please book your hotel or cabin accommodations as early as you can! Estes Park is an extremely popular summer destinations, and many hotels begin to fill up as early as March.

What Is The Dress Code?

We request that all guests wear cocktail attire, with formal or black-tie optional. Ladies, feel free to wear cocktail or floor-length dresses, and gentleman, please wear a suit or tuxedo.

What Time Should I Arrive?

Please arrive at the venue by 3:30pm for a 4:00pm ceremony.

How Do I Get Around Estes Park?

Answer

Unfortunately, Estes Park doesn't have Taxis or Ubers on-call, so please plan on driving or walking if you want to see the town. Luckily it's maybe 2 miles wide, so travel should be easy!

While we love your little ones, our wedding day will be an adult-only event.

What If I Have Dietary Restrictions?

We will be having buffet-style dining featuring both meat and vegetarian options. If you have a specific dietary restriction or concern, please reach out to Gretchen or Noam directly.

What Weather Should I Plan For?

No idea. It will likely be warm, but there may also be rain or even hail. Welcome to Colorado! Please plan for sun during the ceremony, but the reception venue will have a roof.

Can I Take Pictures During The Ceremony?

We ask that all guests leave their phones in their pockets or purses for the ceremony. We will have two professional photographers on hand to take plenty of pictures!
