Once you arrive at the venue, a guide will be available to direct you to your designated parking area. Security will also be present and conducting regular walkthroughs throughout the entire duration of the wedding.
Our ceremony will begin at 3:00 pm so we kindly request that you arrive 30 min early to assure you don't miss anything. This will also give you time to park, sign the guest book and find your seat. If you arrive after the ceremony has already started, you will not be seated and will have to wait until cocktail hour to enter.
We will be having an unplugged ceremony, which means that once the ceremony begins, we kindly ask that all phones be put away and silenced. We want everyone to be fully present with us as we say “I do.” We’ve hired a professional photographer and videographer to capture these special moments, and we promise to share the photos with you as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many pictures as you’d like—and don’t forget to share them with us!
In order to keep our wedding as intimate as possible, we kindly ask that only the guests formally listed on your invitation attend. If you have received a plus one, their name will appear when you RSVP.
If we do not receive your RSVP by August 1st, we will unfortunately have to mark it as “Not Attending.” While we’ll truly miss celebrating with you, it’s essential that we give our vendors a final guest count. We’ll be sending out reminders and formal invitations, but please be sure to RSVP as soon as possible. Your timely response is greatly appreciated!
We absolutely love your little ones! However, we’ve decided to keep our wedding and reception an adult-only celebration, with the exception of immediate family and members of the bridal party. We hope you can enjoy a well-deserved night off to celebrate with us!
Both the ceremony and reception will take place outdoors. Ladies, we recommend wearing block heels or wedges, as most of the venue will be on grass.
