What is the dress code for wedding day?

Answer

Black-Tie Optional For men, this means tuxes or a suit & tie. For women, floor length gowns or formal dresses. Color is encouraged! The ceremony will take place outside on grass and pea gravel, please choose shoes accordingly; we recommend block or platform heels.

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Transportation will be provided between the Tru by Hilton Ashburn and the venue for your convenience. Shuttles will depart the hotel at 4:30 PM to bring guests to the ceremony. Return shuttles will be available at 9:15 PM, with final departures from the venue at 11:00 PM. **Please note: Uber & Lyft are not easily available in the evening at the wedding venue, so please keep this in mind when considering transportation.

Will the wedding be outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony will take place outdoors on grass, weather permitting. Cocktail hour will be held both indoors and outdoors, with the reception taking place indoors.
