Is there a dress code?

Answer

YES - the dress code for our wedding is FORMAL (or BLACK-TIE optional) with a color code of *ALL BLACK* We want our guests to dress UP! Ladies, wear your favorite black dress and gentlemen, put on your best black blazer or suit. Feel free to go all out with sparkles, feathers and bow ties as “BEST DRESSED GUEST” & “BEST DRESSED COUPLE” will be awarded at the end of the night as a fun superlative for the guests! Our overall theme is Old Money if you need inspo. :) *Please wear prodominatley black (see photo at top of page for reference from our engagement pictures)

Are children allowed at the wedding?

Answer

While we love your littles - Saturday is an ADULT ONLY event (unless your child is in the ceremony). If your child would like to join the Welcome Celebration on Friday or Pickle Ball on Sunday, we'd love to see them! We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

Can I bring a date or plus one?

With venue restrictions and numbers, our wedding is RSVP ONLY. We will be accommodating those listed on your invitation and RSVP website section listed with your name. If you have questions here, please email nmpablowedding@gmail.com.

Where do I find the schedule for wedding day?

Answer

This is under the “Wedding Day Details” tab. This page and information is secured to those ONLY who RSVP’d “attending.”

How do I RSVP?

Answer

RSVPs have closed and we are not able to accommodate late requests. All “attending” guests have been entered on the “Wedding Day Details” tab when you search your name.

Can anyone come to the Welcome Celebration (Friday) and Pickle Ball (Sunday)?

Answer

Yes - ALL are welcome at these events (kids included). Details are in the "Schedule" tab on the website.

Are the cermony, cocktail hour, and reception all taking place at the same spot?

Answer

Yes - each section of wedding day will be on Chateau Avalon campus! All steps away from one another. Ceremony: Outside at the Outdoor Ampitheatre Cocktail Hour: Outside at the Beaumont Fountain & D'Nile Patio Reception: Inside the Avent Orangery Italian Greenhouse

Yes - prepare to celebrate!

When will the reception end?

Answer

Reception will end at 11:00pm - bring your dancing shoes! There is a bar inside the Chateau Avalon Boutique Hotel that will be open after.

Is there on-site parking?

Answer

Yes! Parking for the Avent Orangery will be marked with signage and is on the East side of the Avent space. Please park in the lot designated for the Avent Orangery. **The parking lot directly in front of Chateau Avalon Hotel is permit parking for guest of hotel ONLY.
