When & where is the wedding?

We're delighted to invite you to celebrate our love on September 26th, 2026, at a charming private property located off Two Bar Road in Boulder Creek, California. Save the date and prepare for an unforgettable day of joy and connection! For privacy, the exact address will be shared with guests as the date approaches.

What time should guests arrive?
Answer
Join us starting at 12pm to settle in, connect with fellow guests, and savor the anticipation before our ceremony begins at 1pm. We can't wait to celebrate with you!

What is the dress code?
Answer
Our celebration will be outdoors on natural, uneven ground, so please dress comfortably. Flats, wedges, boots, or other sturdy shoes are highly recommended. Layers are encouraged so you can stay cozy rain or shine.

Are children invited?
Answer
Yes! We’re thrilled to have children join our wedding celebration. Please bring only children in your immediate family who are either listed by name on your invitation or simply listed as “child” on the RSVP website. When you RSVP online, please review the names or listings carefully to make sure everyone attending is accounted for.

We carefully planned our guest list, and plus-ones are included only where noted on your RSVP. If something seems off, email theostermannwedding2026@gmail.com with “Guest Question” in the subject line and include your name and phone number, we’ll check it out!

Will there be a wedding party?
Answer
Surrounded by love, we've chosen to celebrate our wedding without a formal wedding party. To us, every single one of you means more than any traditional title could ever express.

How do I RSVP and when is the deadline?
Answer
We can't wait to celebrate with you! Please RSVP by July 20th through our wedding website, and be sure to include your email address so we can share all the exciting details with you.

What if my RSVP information looks incorrect?

We carefully estimated our guest list, but if something seems off on your RSVP, please email us at theostermannwedding2026@gmail.com with “Guest Question” in the subject line. Include your name and phone number, and we’ll happily take a look!

Yes! We're creating the perfect menu, served buffet-style, with plenty of food and beverages for everyone to enjoy.

We’ll absolutely try our best to accommodate you!

There will be plenty of on-site parking available. Transportation will not be provided, and Uber and Lyft are not available in the area, so please plan accordingly.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Our wedding will be a beautiful outdoor celebration. Whether the sun is shining or raindrops are falling, we'll be saying "I do" in nature's embrace. Please dress accordingly and come prepared for an unforgettable day.

Can guests take photos during the ceremony?
Answer
We kindly request that guests capture a quick photo at the start of our ceremony, but then we ask everyone to set aside their phones and cameras. This will allow all our loved ones to be fully present and share in the magic of our wedding moment together.

Will we get a traditional wedding invitation?
Answer
We're embracing a modern approach by going fully digital! Our wedding website will serve as the central hub for all event details and RSVPs, replacing traditional paper invitations.

Do you have a registry?
Answer
We’re so grateful for your love and support! After being together for so long, we already have most of the essentials, so we’d love for gifts to help us make our dream honeymoon in Vietnam unforgettable. We have a registry on Zola, which includes a small convenience fee. If you’d like to avoid the fee, you’re welcome to send a gift by mail or bring it to the wedding. Whatever feels easiest for you is perfect!
