we're getting married!

As a lad, Jacob would run rampant around Big Sky Bible Camp, which was a joy that continued into adulthood. In the summer of 2024, Emma was drawn to the beautiful land of Montana and came to work at Big Sky Bible Camp. Tragically, that summer Jacob and Emma ran rampant in completely different spheres of camp life. However, fortunately for Jacob, Emma's Montana adventures were far from over. In the summer of 2025, she returned to camp and ended up working side by side on staff with the protagonist of our tale. They quickly found that they were becoming the bestest of friends. Jacob's unique, funny, and thoughtful personality soon captured Emma's heart, and Emma's intentionality, creative whimsy, and kindheartedness fully roped Jacob in. On August 16th, 2025, the lovely Emma happily agreed to go on a long awaited first date which turned into all day together - biking to a coffee shop, going to Tamarack Brewing Co for dinner, and taking a nice stroll to watch the sunset at Somers Water Tower. They would go on to enjoy many more deep conversations, bike rides, coffee dates, hikes, picnics, Naishi games, and fun adventures that only made it more clear that their love would be forever. Finally, the joy of their relationship was secured when Jacob proposed on March 27th, 2026, during a splendid romantic hike and picnic at the Herron Park overlook in Kalispell. Long story short, Emma relented to Jacob's pleas by saying, "yes" to his proposal, and now the lovely couple awaits the best day of all on September 28th, 2026.
