When should I arrive to the venue?
Answer
You should arrive at Skibowl no later than 3:30pm. The guest shuttle to the ceremony site departs at 3:30pm from the parking area and the ski lifts take 15-20min so please arrive with ample time to travel. We plan to start our ceremony promptly at 4pm so we can get the party started!

Will shuttles be provided?
Answer
Yes! Shuttles will pick up guests from Collins Lake Resort, Grand Lodge, and Best Western from 3-3:30pm and will be an option for guests opting not to take the ski lift to the ceremony spot, departing from the Skibowl parking area at 3:30pm. The shuttle will continue to run all night until all guests have been taken home for the night.

What should I wear?

Our dress code for the evening is cocktail attire. Please be sure you are wearing shoes you can walk on potentially rugged terrain.

Is the venue handicap accessible?
Answer
Yes! The whole venue is handicap accessible. If you are unable to take the ski lift or shuttle due to wheelchair or physical constraints, please email Polly and Nick ahead of the wedding date at theorsis2016@gmail.com and we can arrange alternate options.
