What time should I arrive?

Answer

We ask that you arrive and be in your seat NO LATER THAN 15 minutes before the ceremony starts (4pm). You may arrive earlier to give you more time to park, sign the guest book and find your seat. If you arrive right when the ceremony is going to start or after it has started, unfortunately, you will have to wait until the procession has ended. We appreciate your respect of time on our big day!

Can I bring a plus one?

We wish we could accommodate everyone but unfortunately, we're unable to. If a plus one has been given to you, we will reach out to you directly and your invite will be made out to "Your Name & Guest". Thank you for your understanding!

Are kids allowed?

Answer

Our wedding ceremony and reception will have a minimum age requirement of 12 years. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us create a wonderful atmosphere for our special day. With that said, Club Orosco opens at 8pm, please keep in mind explicit music will be played during this time.

We're sorry you can't make it to our big day! Unfortunately our RSVP deadline of March 29, 2025, has passed and our final numbers have been turned in, your presence will be greatly missed!

Will the ceremony and reception be at the same location?

Answer

Yes! Our cocktail hour and reception area is just a minutes walk from our ceremony space.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day. Dress code is cocktail attire. Please no jeans. Thank you!

Are there any colors I should avoid wearing?

Answer

We kindly ask that you avoid colors traditionally reserved for the Bride: Whites, ivories and creams. As well as red and tones of green and beige (as to not match the bridesmaids, groomsmen or groom). Thank you!

Can I take pictures during the ceremony and post on social media?

Answer

Yes! BUT, please be respectful and mindful during our ceremony. Please do not interfere with photographer(s) and/or videographer(s). Don't forget to tag us and use our hashtag #theoroscos2025. Also, be sure to scan the QR code on the signs titled 'capture the love' at your table and upload to our wedding file so we can see our special day from your POV.

Where should I stay?

Please refer to the 'Travel' tab for stay recommendations. We have a room block set up at Warner Center Marriott Woodland Hills under Orosco Wedding.

Will there be transportation available for the wedding?

Answer

We will not be providing transportation but encourage you to use Uber or Lyft (especially if you will be drinking).

What type of food will be served?

Answer

We will be serving light hors d'oeuvres during cocktail hour, followed by a Mexican buffet style dinner and desserts.
