Question

What is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Please RSVP by September 26, 2025. If we do not receive your response by this date, you will be marked as "not attending". You can RSVP directly on our website under the "RSVP" tab.

Are plus ones and children invited?

Answer

Please refer to your invitation for the names of those invited. If you have been given a plus one, your invitation will be addressed to you and guest. We kindly ask that children not attend, as our wedding events will be an adult-only (18+) celebration.

Will there be food options for dietary restrictions?

Yes, please indicate any dietary restrictions or allergies when submitting your RSVP.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We kindly ask that guests wear black-tie optional attire. Formal attire is required. Men are asked to wear a suit and tie, and tuxedos are welcome. Women are asked to wear long or mid-length dresses.

Is transportation provided to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, transportation will be provided to the ceremony. Guests can board outside the Canal Street entrance of The Ritz-Carlton starting at 3:30 PM. Buses will depart as they fill, with the last bus leaving at 4:00 PM. After the ceremony, buses will return to The Ritz-Carlton for the reception.

Is parking available at the venues?

Valet parking will be available at The Ritz-Carlton. Please note that parking at Zion Lutheran Church is very limited. We kindly encourage guests to use the provided buses or arrange ride-share transportation to and from the ceremony.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4:30 PM. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to ensure you're seated on time.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both the ceremony and the reception will take place indoors.

Answer
