Yes, we have booked hotel blocks! Save $20 every night! Our main block we recommend is at the Kensington Hotel in the city of Ann Arbor, which is home to the University of Michigan and has a super cute downtown area 10 minutes Lyft drive from the hotel (Lyft tends right be cheaper than Uber here!). You can book a Classic King or Double Bed room at this link https://reservations.travelclick.com/113707?groupID=4806799 for $169 a night. You can also call the Kensington Hotel in Ann Arbor directly and ask for Jacqueline or Ashley, the group event hotel contacts. If you’d like the cheapest one we blocked out for $130 a night, give Lindsay a call for the link!! If you are looking for even more affordable, you might try booking on your own outside the city of Ann Arbor - I like the Holiday Inn Express Belleville. Ann Arbor is about 35 minute drive away from the wedding venue at Strawberry Lake Lodge. Reach out if you need more details or help (865-803-9935)
You may have been invited to some Lindsay or Richard-specific events that we’ve made private viewing only on the website. If you want to reread those event details, please go to the RSVP section again and enter your info
Yes, please go to the RSVP section- we’ve added an allergy question box where you can fill out your info
There is a reserved parking lot a short drive away from the actual venue. We’re working on getting a shuttle service, or at least some volunteer carpool drivers, to help with this. Same deal with the reception. Keep an eye out for updates as our plans finalize! (Last updated May 11th)
We’re still working on this! Ideally we will provide either a list of volunteers to carpool between the hotel we’ve blocked for most guests and the location, a shuttle of some sort, or ensure Lyft/Uber is readily available, but we’ll hammer out the full details soon. (Last updated May 11th)
No alcohol, but lots of lemonade and soda will be on hand, to wash down all the amazing food!
