Where is the ceremony? Reception?

Peachtree Pointe at Lake Lanier Islands Address: 7000 Lanier Islands Parkway Buford, Georgia When coming onto the islands, there will be signs to direct you to our venue!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony starts at 5:30pm, so we recommend getting there earlier to give yourself time to walk down to the ceremony area and to enjoy the beautiful views!

Is there parking near the ceremony and reception area?

Answer

Yes! There is parking designated specifically for us at our ceremony and reception site the day of our wedding.

Will the wedding take place inside or outside?

Answer

Weather permitting, our ceremony will take place outside and our reception will take place inside.

Question

Are guests required to wear a mask?

Answer

At this time, masks are not required at our ceremony or reception. However, they are required in public areas such as the Lodge. We encourage those who want to wear masks to please feel free to wear them! Your safety and health are our top concern!

What precautions are being taken in relation to COVID?

Answer

Our venue has taken extra good care and attention to ensuring the safety and health of our guests! There will be hand sanitizer stations throughout our venue. They also have made changes to how they serve appetizers and food to minimize passing germs. Please feel free to reach out to us regarding any concerns!

Is there transportation available on site?

Answer

Yes! We rented a shuttle to transport those staying at Lake Lanier Lodge or the Lake Lanier Lake Houses to the ceremony and reception location. The shuttle will run 1 hour before the wedding and 1 hour towards the end of the wedding.
