Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes, children are welcome to attend our wedding celebration! However, we respectfully request that you are supervising your child/ children at all times. Our venue includes delicate decor and rental items, and any damage may be the responsibility of the parent or guardian. Additionally, this is not a childproofed venue and children must remain supervised by an adult at all times. Please bear in mind, this is an open bar event, so there will be intoxicated adults. Thank you for helping us keep everything safe and enjoyable for everyone!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

To ensure we can accommodate all our beloved guests, only those explicitly named on your invitation are included. If you have a plus one allocated, it will be reflected on your invitation. If you have any questions, please text the Bride or Groom. Thank you for understanding!

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly request that guests do not take photos during the ceremony. We have professional photographers and videographers to capture every moment so we can unplug and enjoy! We also respectfully request that nobody posts on social media before the Bride and Groom are able to announce themselves.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, we are happy to accommodate most food allergies and dietary restrictions! Please ensure you let the Bride or Groom know in advance.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there will be parking available at the Turning Stone. There is a free parking garage at the back of the resort. There is a separate parking lot at The Lodge at Turning Stone. If you have a room reserved at The Lodge or The Tower, there is optional complimentary Valet Parking. There are also multiple free parking lots available within the casino as well.

Where do I go between ceremony and cocktail hour?

Answer

Between the ceremony end and the cocktail hour begins, guests may check into their hotels and settle if they’d like. Depending on where you’re staying, you may have to walk or drive a bit to check in and get your things. Alternatively, if you are not staying on site, the Turning Stone offers shopping centers, games or other activities if you’d like. Once you’re settled, you’ll meet us at The Grand Expo Courtyard, look for the O’Hara wedding!
